The Sultan's Knife was a short blade obtainable by Ezio Auditore da Firenze during the 15th century. It could be purchased from any blacksmith in Florence, Venice, Forlì, San Gimignano, or Monteriggioni.

Trivia
- It was often used by Rosa of the Venice Thieves Guild.
- The name is ironic, as the Dussak design of knife, which inspired the Sultan's Knife, was a European commoner's blade and extremely easy for blacksmiths to produce.
