Smoke Bombs , when thrown on the floor by Ezio, blind and stun guards in the vicinity. This is useful when trying to esacpe to buy some time. It can also be used offensively , as guards are open to assassination whilst stunned. Smoke bombs can be bought at the blacksmiths.
 
One of Da Vinci's many inventions in the game. Ezio will be able to escape fights by blinding his enemies with a Smoke Bomb thrown at his feet. The Smoke Bomb will last for 15 seconds. First acquired from a mercanary during the main storyline.
