Smenkhkare (died 1334 BCE) was a Pharoah of Egypt during the Amarna Period and a founding member of the Order of the Ancients. He ruled for Egypt from 1335 BCE until his death.

Smenkhkare's tomb was deliberately built atop the Eeyoo Sekedoo Aat, an Isu construct, which remained hidden until the arrival of Bayek of Siwa in 48 BCE.
