Faction: Crusader

Sibrand is one of the nine men Al_Mualim orders Altair to kill. He is found in the middle district of Acre.

Description

Sibrand is the leader of the Knights Teutonic, currently in charge of the harbor area within the city of Acre. His experiences with the Templars and the crusades have destroyed his belief in God, and as such he has become greatly afraid of death.

Sibrand's experiences have made him extremely paranoid and he sees enemies everywhere. He is quick to deal with supposed "traitors". At the point in the storyline in which Altair is sent to assassinate Sibrand, he is fearful of the Assassins and distrustful of anyone wearing similar robes, even Scholars. When sneaking up to his boat, it is easy to hear him screaming "Fine! If none of you will lift a hand in defense of your master, I will take care of this heathen myself!"

Sibrand carries a bow and wears a horned helmet in battle.

Death

After seeking him out, Altair locates Sibrand at Acre's harbor. There he witnesses the Teutonic leader execute a supposed "traitor". Afterwards, the assassin trails him across the docks to a boat where he finally ends his life with his blade.
