Archon's Safe House was a farmhouse located northeast of the town of Tegea within Pan's Cradle in Arkadia, Greece.

History

The place was where Lagos, the archon of Arkadia, dealt with his more private matters.[1] After he had made the acquaintance of the Cult of Kosmos, the house was where, according to his wife Philonoe, Lagos held his 'secret meetings'.[2]

Around 428 BCE, while hunting down the members of the Cult, the Spartan misthios Kassandra explored the house with the general Brasidas. While there, they witnessed a meeting between Lagos' messenger and a Cultist guard.[1]

Later, upon finding Philonoe and her son Niloxenos locked up within the hideout of the Cultists in Golden Fields, Kassandra freed them and told them to find Brasidas at the house.[2]
