The Arco di Tito.

The Arco di Tito (English: Arch of Titus) was a landmark in Rome, located south of the Roman Forum.[1]

Database Entry

Built by Emperor Domitian in 82 C.E. to honour his dead brother Titus, the Arco di Tito commemorates Titus's victory in the Sack of Jerusalem. This arch became the inspiration for many arches to be erected thereafter, most notably the Arc de Triomphe in Paris as well as Constantine's Arch.[1]
