Arcadius (Latin: Flavius Arcadius Augustus; Greek: Αρκαδίος; 377 – 408), born Flavius Arcadius, was the Eastern Roman Emperor from 395 to his death. He was the eldest son of Emperor Theodosius I.
During his reign, he built a forum, which was dedicated to him.[1]
