The Sap-Meh Nome (English: Northern Shield Nome) was the fifth Nome of Lower Egypt, located south of the Kanopos Nome and north of the Sapi-Res Nome. The nome also served as the capital region of the Psamtik pharaohs of the Twenty-sixth dynasty.

Trivia
