Aqueducts is a secret location available in Assassin's Creed Brotherhood, only available via pre-ordering the game's Limited Codex Edition and the Collector's Edition.

clusive mission Ezio discovers that the Templars are searching for a secret treasure, and Ezio must stop them.

In this mission a chase sequence, like the ones in the Assassin's Creed II secret locations, will take place, in which Ezio will chase down a Papal guard and try and kill him, but eventually the guard will get the upper hand confronting Ezio with a pistol at headpoint.
