Roland Napule was the head of a Templar hospital in Tyre. He was killed by Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad, who then claimed the key. He was a doctor and a scribe, loyal to Lord Basilisk. His hospital was the second Templars base in Tyre after the Templar Stronghold. He was killed by Altaïr while interrogating a prisoner who secretly possessed the second key to the Temple of the Sand.
Notes
- Roland Napule is very similar in appearance and role to Garnier de Naplouse from the original. His presence in game, as well as the presence of Tamir (Altaïr's Chronicles) (who shares his name with the original game's character Tamir), might indicate that Altaïr's Chronicles was supposed to be a part of the original game for DS, but this decision was later changed.
