Yes, the render's less than stellar. But this guy literally appears in one cutscene, doesn't say a word, and is never heard from again.

Robert Newman (1752 – 1804) was an American sexton and Patriot during the American Revolutionary War.

Biography

Newman was born in British America in 1752, and became sexton of the Old North Church in Boston in 1772.

On 18 April 1775, the Assassin Ratonhnhaké:ton met with Paul Revere, who was already meeting with Newman and William Dawes. Newman had agreed to warn Revere about an impending attack by the British Army on Lexington and Concord; he would put two lanterns on the church steeple if the attack was by sea.

After sneaking out of his house that night, he met with John Pulling and Thomas Bernard, and the three went about setting up the lanterns. They were seen, and Revere was able to rally Continental troops to defend the two towns. Newman continued his position as sexton until his death in 1804.
