Apollonion of Cyrene

The Apollonion of Cyrene was a temple complex, situated in Cyrene, dedicated to Apollo, the Greek god of music, poetry, and hunting.

History

In 47 BCE, the Medjay, Bayek, performed a Leap of Faith from the rooftops of the temple, impressing the children of the city including Esiocles.[1]
