Prospero da Siena (unknown – 1500) was a Borgia Tower Captain in the Antico District of Rome and the older brother of Pietro and Valentino da Siena. He was quick to flee and cry out to other guards for backup, though despite this, he was assassinated by Ezio Auditore da Firenze during the liberation of Rome.
