Prospero da Siena was a Borgia Tower captain in the Antico district of Rome. Prospero was the older brother of Pietro da Siena and Valentino da Siena. He was quick to flee and cry out to others guards for backup He was assassinated by Ezio Auditore during the Liberation of Rome.
