The '''Poison Blade''' is a hidden blade modification. Leonardo da Vinci hollows out the player's hidden blade, without compromising structural integrity. This allows for poison to be delivered by the blade. Once a target has been poisoned, they will go berserk. If they have a weapon, they will swing it wildly, attacking all around them for a few moments. If they're walking they will keep walking but will stumble a bit. If they're standing when they are poisoned, they'll sway a little before dying. An air assassination of the poisoned victim will earn you a Trophy/Achievement. Poison is bought from doctors for 250 florins per vial.

This weapon is one of the best you'll get in the game; this is because you can kill someone without attracting much attention to yourself, and instead making people look at the person going berserk. If the people looking at the person berserking are your targets, you can assassinate them quickly and silently, and they wont notice a thing. Additionally, you can make someone go berserk as a distraction to draw guards away from your target and assassinate him. This is especially helpful during Assassination Contract missions.
