The Poison Blade is a hidden blade modification. Leonardo da Vinci hollows out the player's hidden blade, without compromising structural integrity, and allows for poison to be added to the blade. Poison is bought from Apothecaries. Leonardo says that "the same thing that heals, in high enough doses, is that which harms." This means that all the poison is, is a whole lot of healing supplement.
The '''Poison Blade''' is a Hidden Needle with a poison, and whoever you injected with the poison will go berserk, swinging their weapon around and killing anyone they hit. Ezio can "recharge" his weapon by buying poison from plague doctors and shops.
