Peter Needham (died 1868) was a British Templar operating in London during the Victorian era.

Knowing such things could only be achieved by great acts, Needham planned to blow up the streets of London and reveal the ancient Roman ruins underneath. In 1868, Evie and Jacob Frye assassinated him as part of their mission to seek out and eliminate Templar targets to diminish their control over London.[1]
