The Parmenon Tomb was a tomb in the City of the Champion on the island Thasos, Greece. It could be found to the east of Thasos City.
During the Peloponnesian War, the Spartan misthios Kassandra explored the place. While exploring the tomb, she found valuables and deciphered an ancient stele.[1]
Trivia
- The name of the tomb may reference Parmenion, a Makedonian general who served Alexander the Great.
