The Officer's Blunderbuss was a blunderbuss whose intricate carved details distracted onlookers from the weapon's firepower. During the French Revolution in Paris, Charles Cochon de Lapparent gave the firearm to the French Assassin Arno Dorian as a reward for investigating a mysterious death at the Palais-Royal.[1]
