Nicolas de Saint-Prix was a member of the French Brotherhood of Assassins.

In 1749, he acted as a representative of his Brotherhood's Assassin Council, sending a letter to Achilles Davenport, Mentor of the Colonial Brotherhood, which informed him that construction of the Aquila had been completed in Brest.

Nicolas shares the same surname as William de Saint-Prix, another French Assassin, though the relation between the two is unknown.
