Moloch "The Bull" was a Templar commander under Armand Bouchart. He was towering man of immense strength, wielding a morning star-like weapon attached to big chain. Moloch also was a religious fanatic, and he surrounded himself by his followers who shared his zealous ideas of serving the God. Moloch's life was ended when Altair infiltrated Kantara Castle and killed him.
Moloch had two twin sons, Shalim and Shahar, who, like their father, were major Templar figures.
