Maria's Dagger was a short blade received upon finishing all of the Courtesan Challenges in Rome during the 16th century. Ezio could find it at his Hideout after unlocking it, on the dagger rack. Maria's Dagger was actually just the Sultan's Knife used during the 15th century, albeit renamed.
