Maria's Dagger is a short blade received upon finishing all of the Courtesan Challenges in Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood. You can find it at Ezio's Hideout after you unlock it, on the dagger rack. Maria's Dagger is actually just the Sultan's Knife from Assassin's Creed II, albeit renamed.
