Mancomb Seepgood was the captain of a group of Templar privateers who operated during the third Golden Age of Piracy. In one instance, he and his crew had ransacked merchant ships off the coast of Nassau and held their stolen goods on the island. With his actions bringing him under the attention of the Assassin Order, they put out a contract on his life. The contract was later claimed by the pirate Edward Kenway, who killed Seepgood without being spotted.[1]
Behind the scenes
His name is a reference to the character of the same name in Lucasfilm's 1990 video game The Secret of Monkey Island.
