Like the other war machines, the Chariot Machine Gun is destroyed by [[Ezio Auditore da Firenze]]. The resulting explosion destroys the machine gun, whilst Ezio rides to safety with the horses.

After killing a Templar overseer in [[Rome]], Ezio finds the whereabouts of the Machine Gun. He travels southeast to the Alban Hills (Colli Albani). There, he burns Leonardo's blueprints and takes control of the machine gun, Ezio said before it's destruction that "the world is a better place without you" before scattering it with the pistol.
