The Lundenwic Abbey was an abbey situated in the western outskirts of Lunden.
In 873, the abbey was visited by the Viking Eivor Varinsdottir during her time in the city. She climbed up to the dome of the abbey to take a good look of the city surrounding. Later on, she chased after a tattoo sheet lingering near the roof of the building.[1]
