The Sons of Romulus Lairs are secret locations that are featured in Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood and act very similiarly to the secret locations from Assassin's Creed II. Like the latter there are six lairs in total and completing each one will bring Ezio closer to gaining the Sons of Romulus' greatest prize.

The Sons of Romulus appear to be covered in animal pelts from what has been seen in the Story trailer, and also appear to be quite brutish.
