Julie Dillon (born 1982) is an American freelance artist. She was the cover artist for the first issue of A Soar of Eagles, a prequel comic to the 2023 game Assassin's Creed: Mirage.

Biography

Early life and career

Dillon earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Sacramento State University in 2005. She furthered her education at the Academy of Arts University in San Francisco and Watts Atelier.[1] She began working as a professional artist in 2006 and has since made artwork for Magic: The Gathering, among others.[2]

Assassin's Creed

In March 2024, Dillon was announced as the cover artist of the upcoming first issue of the prequel comic to the 2023 video game Assassin's Creed: Mirage, to be titled A Soar of Eagles and focus on the Master Assassin Fuladh Al Haami, in his youth many years prior to the video game. The comic was written by Michael Avon Oeming with art by Mirko Colak.[3]
