The Inner Sanctum of the Templar Order, also known in 1927 as The Nine, is a group made up of the best and brightest members of the modern day Templar Order. All of their members have full awareness of all Templar plans. The Inner Sanctum was also in charge of the Black Crosses, regulating the amount of Grand Master and giving them the authority to use any means necessary, even deadly force, to take down corrupted members of the Order. As their secret and feared Black Crosses enforced the Templar Code under their authority.
