Henry Pomeroy Davison, Sr. (12 June 1867 – 6 May 1922) was an American banker and philanthropist. He was a senior partner of the J. P. Morgan Company.

As a member of the Templar Order, Davison was a member of the Jekyll Island Club and one of the designers of the Plan to take control of the capitalist market and form Abstergo Industries.
