The Almogavar Axe was a heavy weapon obtainable by the Assassin Ezio Auditore da Firenze, during the early 16th century, in the city of Constantinople. It was primarily used by Byzantine Almogavars.
The weapon had such a fearsome reputation that guards (mostly Byzantine militia) would flee once it was drawn, making it an effective tool when combating a large number of adversaries.
