Heitor's Harpe was a harpe which belonged to Heitor, a blacksmith and former mercenary from Kephallonia. The story of the origins of the sword varied each time he told the tale.
Wielded by Heitor throughout his time as a mercenary, when he moved to the village of Dekelia around the time of the Peloponnesian War, Heitor sold the sword to a polemarch from Fort Phyle in order to get the drachmae required to start his smithy. However, when his former student, the Spartan misthios Kassandra, met him in Dekelia, he claimed that the polemarch had stolen the sword and talked Kassandra into recovering it. However, Kassandra in turn kept the sword for herself, telling Heitor that she had failed to find it at the fort.[1]

Behind the scenes
Heitor's Harpe, a weapon in Assassin's Creed: Odyssey, is not in fact a harpe, but shares the model of the commonly found Ceremonial Khopesh, another blade in the same game. Both are recycled models of the sickle sword Aruna, a weapon in Assassin's Creed: Origins.
