The Healer's Sash was a belt which belonged to the Greek physician Hippokrates during the 5th century BCE.
During the Peloponnesian War, the Spartan misthios Kassandra helped Hippokrates set the elderly Thebian man, Pentheus' mind at ease, and in return, the healer gave this belt to the mercenary.[1]

Behind the scenes
The Healer's Sash is a quest reward for the side-mission "Inheritance Insurance" in Assassin's Creed: Odyssey. It shares the same model as the Athenian Waistband in the 'Decorated Bronze' variant.
