Guzan was a courtesan who worked at La Dame en Rose, the brothel in Port-au-Prince run by Madam Bastienne Josèphe, in the 18th century.

One of the most appreciated workers at the establishment, Guzan was favored by both Louis Godin and Governor de Fayet.[1]
