Great Pyramid of Giza

The Great Pyramid of Giza, also known the Pyramid of Khufu, is an Egyptian pyramid built during the reign of the Pharaoh Khufu, around the 2580 to 2560 BCE. Located in Giza, the pyramid was built atop the ancient Isu complex Khesesh Em Sesh Em Eeneb and served as the Khufu's tomb.[1]

It is the largest of the three pyramids in the Giza pyramid complex and is only one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World that remains standing.[1]

History

In 48 BCE, the Medjay, Bayek, travelled to the pyramid in pursue of Khaliset, a member of the Order of the Ancients, having learned about her activities in her lair. Exploring the pyramid, Bayek was able to decipher an Old Kingdom stele and discover an entrance which led to the Isu complex.[2]

In 46 BCE, the Hidden Ones rush to the pyramid in order to prevent the "Ibis Reborn" breaking into the Isu vault under the pyramid to gain ancient power within to conquer Egypt. On their way, they took down the several sects of "Sect of The Ibis Reborn". Entering the pyramid, the "Ibis Reborn" uses several decoys to delay some time. Since he didn't know how to activate the pedestal, he had to transfer this anger to the Hidden Ones who just face to him. The Hidden Ones unveiled his true face after defeating the "Ibis Reborn". He wasn't the resurrected Medunamun, but his man, a priest named Menkhtu.[3]
