Giulia Farnese (1474 – 23 March 1524) was a noblewoman in Renaissance Italy, living in Rome and later in Carbognano. She was known as Rodrigo Borgia's last mistress, and one he was particularly fond of. Her husband, Orsino Orsini, encouraged the affair between his wife and the Pope, as it made life for their family much easier. They received a house near the Vatican and Giulia's brother, Alessandro, was made cardinal. However, Rodrigo dumped Giulia when she turned twenty-five, after which she received a daughter, Laura, with her husband.
After the liberation of Rome, Ezio Auditore da Firenze and Niccolò Machiavelli visited her during her stay in Rome. They were trying to find out where Cesare Borgia was imprisoned, but Giulia didn't have any information for them, telling them she had lost contact with the family years ago.
