The Gate of the Glorious was one of the four gates guarding the realm of Tartaros, siutated in the southwest corner of the Scorched Lands.
During the Peloponnesian War, the Greek hero Achilles was sent to guard the gate after being recruited by the misthios Kassandra.[1]
