They call me many things: Murderer. Cutthroat. Thief. But you may call me French Mentor (1690).

This article is about a subject that lacks an official name and is known only by its nickname, title, or alias.

The French Mentor was the Mentor of the French Brotherhood of Assassins during the late 17th century.

In 1690, the Mentor sent Maréchal, Louis-Joseph d'Albert de Luynes and 2 other Assassins to recruit Julie d'Aubigny, a skilled swordsman and singer known as 'La Maupin'. The Assassins were unsuccessful in their attempt, with d'Albert being stabbed in the right shoulder in the process.
