Francis Fletcher (died 1868) was a member of the British Rite of the Templar Order, operating in London during the Victorian era.
Biography[edit | edit source]
He and his wife, Josephine, lived and operated in Lambeth, where they took children off the streets. These children were then sent to training facilities outside London, where they were trained as new recruits for the ever-growing Blighter street gang. Despite these activities, they were known as a kind couple that provided children with a better life.[1]
In 1868, Francis and his wife were assassinated by Jacob and Evie Frye, who had been pointed in their direction by Henry Green.[1]
