The Sons of Romulus were cult followers of Romulus, the mythical founder of Rome. It is said that he was supposedly raised by wolves, and that he was half wolf and half man, which explains why their attire resembled one of a wolf. In Rome, the Master Assassin Ezio Auditore da Firenze will be able to go to six of their lairs to find out more about them, and to obtain their treasures, which were located at a shrine inside the six locations.[1]
The Sons of Romulus are portrayed as powerfully-built, rather brutish men covered in animal pelts, who attack viciously in large packs.
