Faction Buildings were buildings owned by one of three factions located throughout Rome. They were renovated by the Assassin Ezio Auditore during its liberation in the 15thcentury.
Each faction building belonged to, either Courtesans, Mercenaries, or Thieves. Once a faction building was renovated, the members of the faction could be found outside, ready to assist Ezio for a payment. The faction buildings also generated income for Ezio.
Ezio could reassign a building to another faction whenever he desired, though he did have to pay the full price again. Renovating or reassigning a faction building cost either 1,200 or 900 florins.[1]
