Ezio can create Faction Buildings by renovating empty ones in Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood.
One faction building can only be assigned to one faction (Courtesans, Mercenaries, or Thieves) to spawn corresponding faction members in front of the building and within the area of the building after renovation. Immediately after renovation, the faction's symbol will appear on the map, and like other buildings in Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, will regularly generate income.
