Alan Rikkin is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Abstergo Industries during the early 21st Century, and a member of the Templar Order. He is personally involved in Abstergo's Piece of Eden efforts, having sent several e-mails to Warren Vidic concerning them. One such e-mail, based on reviewing Animus tapes from previous subjects, sums up Abstergo's findings on several mythical objects. He was also contacted by Lucy Stillman with regards to Leila Marino, a deceased Abstergo employee. From his e-mails to Vidic, Rikkin is clearly upset about Lucy's nosiness, as he orders Vidic to "deal with it." He is the overseer of the Animus Project.

Do not add speculation of any kind. Only facts are allowed. Any suppositions added here will be deleted.

Alan Rikkin is an employee of Abstergo Industries and a member of the Templar Order.

Assassin's Creed

Rikkin does not personally appear in Assassin's Creed, but his name appears on several E-mail messages. He is part of the team responsible for reviewing Animus session recordings to find Pieces of Eden.[1] Rikkin is superior to Warren Vidic and can decide if a particular subject remains in the Animus.[2] He is also aware of Abstergo's current relations with external political and regulatory organisations.[3]

At least once, Lucy Stillman e-mailed Rikkin about a deceased Abstergo employee named Leila Marino. Rikkin's answer to Lucy was an out-of-office notice even though he continued to manage his e-mails during the time he was supposedly away—such as warning Vidic to keep Lucy from asking difficult questions.[4]
