The English Percussion Flintlock Pistols were a pair of pistols made by an English gunsmith.
During the Seven Years' War, the Assassin-turned-Templar Shay Cormac found the firearms within a chest in the settlement of Sleepy Hollow in the River Valley.[1]

Behind the scenes
The English Percussion Flintlock Pistols are based on the Richard Hollis & Sons percussion duelling pistol. It's incorrectly defined as flintlock as the model is clearly shown with the percussion mechanism of the real pistol. It's anachronistic for the setting of Assassin's Creed: Rogue as percussion weapons were actually produced after 1807, but this is explained with Abstergo putting the pistol in the simulation as a reward.
