Emmanuel Barraza is a member of the Assassin Order stationed aboard the Altair II. On 1 October 2013, while sailing on the Sulu Sea, Barraza inspected the weapons the crew bought from Philippine gun makers, preparing for a possible fight with Abstergo agents in Osaka, Japan.
