The Egyptian Armor Set was a set of armor, which originated from Egypt, Africa, forged by the people of Al-Qata'i.
Between 879 and 882, the Viking jarlskona Eivor Varinsdottir obtained pieces of the armor through trading with the Islamic emir, Ahmad ibn Tulun, from her trading affairs in Dublin, Ireland.[1]
