Dulcamara was a Venetian expatriate and jester in Constantinople. He performed tasks for the Templars after his antics caused the ruin of one of the Sultan's beloved viziers, and wielded two khanjar daggers to kill his unfortunate victims.

In 2012, his memories were used by the Templar company Abstergo Industries, for the training of their Animus recruits, under the title of the Ottoman Jester.
