- "This city, perhaps more than any, exemplifies our enemy. The promise of paradise, forged from slavery and oppression. A glittering facade that masks something terrible beneath."
- ―The Mentor.[src]

Dubai is a city located in the United Arab Emirates. In the late 20th century, it was home to an Assassin facility, which acted as the residence of the Order's leader, "the Mentor".
After searching for the Mentor for two years, in the year 2000, the Assassin Daniel Cross was finally brought to the Mentor's facility in Dubai. There, the neurological impulse in Daniel's brain, inserted during his youth by the Templar-owned organization Abstergo Industries, forced Daniel to kill the Mentor with the man's own Hidden Blade.
Daniel then escaped the structure by performing a Leap of Faith through the glass window, and into the sea below.
