The Mentor's Dubai facility.

Dubai is a city located in the United Arab Emirates. It is home to one of the Assassin Order's facilities, and was the residence of the Order's leader, "The Mentor". In the year 2000, Daniel Cross travelled to Dubai to find the Mentor. Cross killed the Mentor after being presented with a Hidden Blade, after which he abruptly jumped through the window, executing a Leap of Faith into the waters below the structure.
