Devil's Rock, 1716

Devil's Rock is a granite escarpment south of Haileybury, Ontario, Canada.

In 1716, the pirate Olivier Levasseur attacked a ship belonging to Captain Barnes in Devil's Rock, and freed the latter's captives Alonzo Batilla and Jumao.
